Heyyy....Happy New Year..!!!! ---- Its 1st Jan...marking a new beggining..!!!

So the first day started off as a great day and ended like a blasting rocking day..!!!!
Well you get up early after all its not a joke - The first day of the brand newest year people. so, getting up early is all art of the game. As, elders say if the first day goes well then the same vibes follow up for the whole of the year. well this one went awesome so i am actually waiting for bigger better things lol..:D
so getting up early. washing yourself. Pooja/ Prayer thanking God for all that he's given us. and then - thinking about how to spend the day.. idling around the house eating up this and that. Flicking channels on the TV and what with papa being home and telling you to stay put at a certain news or other boring channel when you actually want to watch something entertaining.
so finally you decide to get up and do the favorite time pass in winters. Going to the back garden and sitting under the sun or idling around fiddling with the plants and everything. and Before you realise you see your family and neighbors following you and then TADA..!!
So, i did the same and with people getting assembled, you tend to call up frends and then their parents being frends of your parents are called up too...so a nice gathering is made of some 5-6 families and you just talk away what with those many rounds of tea and snacks - what more do you want on a nice sunny winter afternoon. And time passes so quickly, before you realise it has started to chill and evening is taking over with the sun going off to other lands.
So finally assembled people decide to make it a go and soon it turned out to be a great lively homely party. So, someone is sent to collect the woods fo a nice bonfire, after that chore done and again we are warmed up with those red and blue flames, two more rounds of snacks and tea are called up, groups are made into two for 'Antakshari' (an all time favorite sport) - divided among all uncles and children (bachalog) as all the ladies have gone in to prepare something for dinner - so, while we are all havin fun they all are inside in one kitchen making food helping out and what else - their favrite sport 'Gossiping'.
And then ladies too join up in the game and help out being neutral what with their husbands and kids,,hehhehe.
so, finallly it was us who won :D as we had a double treat of both old and new :D.
Then a long and nice yummy dinner around the bonfire and fun talks and eveything the party is called off at something around 11 pm as everyone has to get up early as next is a working day. so, a great party that was assembled at something around 1-2 pm lasted till 11 pm and mind it - "IT WAS GREAT FUN...!!!!" :D
