A better Road Ahead...!!!

Hey all, Veena tagged me, and i have been thinkin of doing this thing up, but didnt get the time for it, so Here it goes..
My 2008 self to My 2007 self [i know its quite long, but what to do, its a whole long year - I would appreciate if you read whole - but den if you cant plese do leave comments. ;)]

Welcome to the new year, a whole new year promising you new discoveries, both around and within you. This year is going to be a roller-coaster ride for you, taking you from a whole set of complexities to new set of complexities (LOL). Well this year is gonna be fun, with new and better friends (in the immediate surrounding).
Dont fret, you will make good friends in college ( already had - ties will become stronger), do not worry about what people say (they do not care about you and so dont feel bad for leaving them ). You will get a new haircut - and you will get many compliments - that too from most unexpected ones !!!( a time to be elated ...heheheh). You would be stupid enough to accept being the CR (class representative) of the class - fret about it (but feel good when people acknowledge that you actually are putting in hardwork). you will have to listen a lot from people - just because - you are too good and do not want to hurt a soul. ( idiot brace yourself)

Balaji Telefilms would come to your college for campus placements and you would miss them for your cousins marriage ( dont worry you'll fret about it, the whole year round..lol..).
Your birthday would bring great surprises and great fun!

You would be working yourself up for the college festival (march)- as you would be leading the camera crew ( covering the whole event) - practice sessions cum fun - coz almost alll frens have ended up being in the crew ..lol. You would be staying in the hostel with your goody fren Reshma for three days during the college fest - and have the time of your life! You would put on your favourite silk skirt for the second night do - Fashion show ( blush everytime - when people come upto you and say "what are you doing here ? go backstage!" - thinking you to be one of the participant...!!) and the day/ night would be best as you would be getting most of the glances ;;B.. Hell would break lose as it would start raining after 2 hours and your professor would call you to give bytes(in your language - interview) to some news channels(aj tak, zee, ...) came to cover the event with you dripping and rain falling, you would fix up some junior and run, you would be mad and would take out your heel stilettos (a hindrance in your running) and would be running like mad to the college block (your department) and fret over your dress getting into a mess. lol..which would be quite funny for your frens as you would refuse to sit on the stairs (as the show would commence indoors) even if your back is aching from the whole days' work.
All in all you would have great fun the next day too!

The latter part of March would be consumed in the college classes and eat outs, etc etc normal. April too would be a bit same with the head on hanging with exams and you runnin all over the library to get books and notes ( and your frens- group- is doting on you too for the notes) and you would be mad again and again wen you see just yourself getting serious for it.
May would go with Exams and eat outs and finally you would go off to gajraula to spend a few days there before you get internship. You would get your Internship offer from none other than 'Hindustan Times' and you would be soooo much happy! and the next (11 June - 11 July) one month is going to be great just great in the work environment as you would be lucky enough to get good co operative boss and seniors who would very encouraging you a lot and all will be well. You would be going places, getting by-lines, reporting and get amused at how people treat you after they hear the brand name attached - 'HT'.
By July you would be caught up with 'Harry Potter Trivia' (with oncoming movie and book releases) and would talk out a senior with your interest in the series and wish to write something. Things would be almost finalised - but you would catch 'chicken pox' and sit and fret at home. You would be able to finally convince (emotionally black mailing ) your mom in getting you a HP 7 book . Its release would clash with the exact days you would take to recover and the first you get out would the morning of 21 July waiting outside 'Book Cafe' store to get your copy.
You would come home and start reading it hungrily - you will have to stop because there would be plan of watching the 5th part along with your sister and neighbors' kids ( one -being 7 yrs and one 9 yrs) - you would be mad as the kids would irritate you with flood of queries and wont let you watch the movie. You will be back eat and start reading and wont sleep or get up before you finish it ( that would be 6' O clock in the morning), you have achieved the record because mom is not home (gone off to Gajraula - else she wont have let you do this). You will fall in love with Snape..**sniff**sniff**.



(From now on i would be rushing up a bit - as its becoming very long)

College begins in August - You would again be idiotic enough to accept being the CR of the class.
Veena would come as a change and a great and pleasant surprise you would have great time and would be able to convince her and hold her up at your place for 2 days.!! ( be happy who have mastered in the act...!!!)
You would be attending many weddings..!!!
College would go normal - in Nov there will be clashes, You would stand up for your own values rather then supporting the popular culture and stay put even if your frens chhange sides (dont worry they are finally your frens and would be proud of you and be at your side if someone else tries to mess up because you are not siding with them - (and the group would break up INTO 3 EACH later not because of the siding business LOL). Well dont worry it would be for good you people would be better off and and making a bigger one and these days would make your college days as memorable as ever - there wont be a single day you wont go out have fun and return home with a big smile on your face. And the excursions wont stop even during exams in Dec. you would go out to 'Wonders of the World' at the 'Great India Place' (new mall -noida-right opposite Centre Stage Mall) on the last day of your college. anD all these eat outs would leave you 2 kilos more.

You would go off to Gajraula the next day and have fun>>>!!!
New Years eve would be fun and friend would come and stay for a day...!!!

I think thats enough. Phew i thought i had forgotten but everything stated coming up once i started writing. May be i could write a novel or something...heheh ( please do not be afraid ..i was just kidding... ) do leave comments...and thats it..!!
